I am very disappointed with my last visit to the GMC service department. Because of that, Markley has lost a loyal customer for both GMC and Honda. I now regret buying a new Honda from them 2 months ago. I took my truck in for a routine oil change on 8/27/26. They recommended differential/transfer case and transmission services which I approved. Ordered parts last week, was told they'd be in today. I called today to make sure and was directly told "They did come in but we had to steal the bolts you ordered for a truck we had come through the shop." ??? Basically outright saying a customer who will spend more money came in, so they're more important. Luckily I'm working on a hobby truck and was not relying on them for parts I needed urgently for a daily driver. Very unprofessional practice & service.
