Extremely disappointed with the service department experience. I brought my vehicle in for what should have been a routine oil change and was told the service would take approximately one hour. Instead, I waited **one hour and 45 minutes** with no meaningful communication or explanation for the delay. July 2026 - Had another major issue with my out-of-warranty truck. Once again, Lauren Benson gave pro-level service: Excellent communication, Friendly demeanor, Intuitively great attitude, she's good with people. Lauren has really earned my trust. She took the time to understand the problem and immediately got to work solving the issue, handing it over to Eric, the mechanic once again. This was by far the worst car-buying experience we’ve ever had. Throughout the entire process, we were given inaccurate information and were lied to multiple times regarding repairs, the status of the vehicle, and the payoff and refund process for our trade-in. I would not recommend this dealership. If you’re looking for a dealership you can trust, I would suggest taking your business elsewhere.
