Poorly maintained. Older female landlord does everything herself and has no other employees here. Leaky roofs and ceilings: garage roof collapsed from water intrusion into structure due to lack of attention. Multiple apartments have the same problem looming. Constant smell of sewage due to open septic line in rear of building.
