My doctor was so wonderful and I was sad to see her go. I recently left this clinic for many reasons in addition to getting a new doctor. The last straw was a walk-in doctor who has no compassion and took great glee in charging me for paperwork. While the receptionists could improve their customer service skills especially when dealing with frustrated patients, they are a symptom of a place that is clearly overwhelmed with too many patients and not enough doctors to care for them. I am a New patient, it was my first appointment, I think Dr’s name was Lee, waited for two hours. The patient ahead of me told me it is always like that. I work full time And have no time to wait half day to be seen. When i went in I asked the doctor if I could call and see how many patients are waiting so I can approx. know when to come, he started to wave his arms, raised his voice and was extremely rude. I think if he is under stress he should take a leave of absence, or not book too many patients.
