I changed to this practice last summer. The PA I saw was rude, condescending, and questioned a diagnosis I’ve had for 20 plus years. She was 30 minutes late to the appointment. I won’t be returning. I expect better healthcare. I also agree with other comments about the front desk. Rude and hard to deal with.
The office environment is pleasant and the staff friendly. I felt comfortable and Dr Ferrara listened to my symptoms sympathetically. She explained the treatment options and recommended the best one, but sought a confirmation from Dr. Markidan (who came to say hello). I felt cared for and supported. The support staff are friendly and efficient too. I highly recommend this practice.
Elizabeth is amazing! Knowledgeable make you feel comfortable. Understanding of your needs. Office has a pretty setting. Highly recommended.
