Dr. He is an exceptional dentist — she has great and amicable communication skills, and always puts the needs of her patients first. The clinic has served us well for many years, and all the staff have been nothing but friendly and kind. 5/5, best in Markham!

您好，对于“您”作为贵诊所代表回答我的反馈问题，让我大爹眼镜！竟然如此颠倒是非！我想我必须回复您一下！因为您说的三个点都违背了事实！麻烦贵诊所用一个负责任的人把这件再重新查一遍！！！我必须把事实说清楚！如果贵诊所是这个调查分析能力，我是绝对不认可的！如果您看了监控，麻烦您再听一下电话录音，第一点：你们根本就没有查清楚！我是学习签证！！！学习签证！！！不是旅游签！我预约治疗的当天一到诊所，开始治疗之前，我就先和前台确认了报销适宜，我给她看了我的保险号她都说OK的，我才进行的治疗和最后的付费，但是最后我治疗好交了费，前台帮我搞保险事宜，她看了一会说我们学校的这个保险公司今天她搞不了，说给我缴费单我自己也可以去保险官网搞，所以我就离开了诊所。（所以后来我自己填了但不成功，我也不知道是什么问题）。第二点：事发前一天我就给贵诊所打电话咨询求助，您的前台电话里就告诉我：当时给我办理报销的前台休假了，她让我等她回来再问她，她不知道什么情况，但我的时间等不到她回来（因为我马上要毕业了），而且我不是和贵诊所其中一个前台的咨询服务的，你们是一家诊所，应该由您的相关负责部门负责，所以最后她在电话里说：让我到现场来，她帮我看一下，所以我才专门赶到诊所的！但是我到了现场... read more
