这一颗心是给刚才耐心帮助我们填好保险的医生，感谢～还有当时给我看牙的医生也很好，很专业～但是2025年4月12日今天！由于我的牙科报销自己一直搞不好，我早上求助打电话给前台客服，她说她不负责我的事，那个同事休假了，我说需要你们帮助教我把报销填了，因为我去了眼镜和针灸的地方，那里的工作人员都耐心的帮我搞好了保险报销，然后我在电话里表示求助，她告诉我可以到诊所具体咨询，结果刚才我到达诊所，拿了自己的电脑，态度很好的向她求助，她又是一套质问，不负责，不清楚等很差的态度，她是我来多伦多头一次遇到这样服务态度的人，我告诉她，她的工作责任是代表整个嘉华牙医的名誉，如果她这样对待我们在这里看过牙的顾客，我是强烈建议！贵珍所考虑她今天的工作情况和职业操守！今天的经历让我很气愤也很失望，最后还是感谢后来帮助我的医生～
