As a first time parent very disappointed with the service. No care was taken to make us feel involved during this entire process. I understand it's COVID times however, other facilities do take care of first time parents by explaining to them what they see on the screen. No such care was provided to my wife and she couldn't even ask questions as the technician said "You're all done". Then, the technician walked out of the room.
