Was told when booking the service that the repair in question would be covered under extended warranty, this is when they already have my vehicle information on file. Upon arrival at my appointment I was told it is not under warranty and diagnosis + repair would run anywhere from several hundred to several thousand. Complete waste of time.
My experience with the service department of Markham Honda was very disappointing and I would never return there for my car maintenance. I was billed for a number of maintenance services that were supposed to take two hours. However, my car was ready in 30 minutes and this really made me wonder whether all the services I paid for were indeed done. Again,after changed oil weeks ago. It started to leak oil. I found it today. It leaked black oil to the ground. I have to repair it in an auto service, they said the screw is not tight. I paid $30 and thanks them for fixing. One week late, It still leak oil. never trust them.
Service & sale department very bad. Not recommended to this dealership to friends & Family
