Few hiccups, but Celement and Will Lin was willing to help me in getting my front windshield replaced and covered. Took a little longer than expected, but at the end I was all sorted out. Thanks, guys for addressing my concerns.
Will is doing very well — very thorough with the inspection, patient in explaining every detail, and proactive in keeping me updated on any potential issues.
When you have car trouble in your own city it’s a headache…. When you’re from way out of town… well we couldn’t have been luckier than ending up close to Markham Honda. Greeted by Cutis in the service department when they opened this morning and explained our situation to him. He offered us a shuttle back to the hotel and started working the problem. Excellent Service at Markham Honda I recently visited Markham Honda with my used 2020 Honda Odyssey, which I purchased through Toyota along with an extended warranty. I was unsure about a maintenance alert code on my dashboard and how the warranty coverage worked. Mr. Mannix Tung, one of the Service Advisors, patiently explained the codes and clarified the warranty details.
