Decent doctor (Dr. Ansari), TERRIBLE TERRIBLE, THE MOST AWFUL reception staff. It's been 6 months of back and forth just to get a form signed; no responses, can't do email, can't print forms that I have sent through and put the onus on the patient to jump through hoops to make up for their lack of technological skills. I had this appointment for an issue with my sinuses (breathing), while there on my first visit I also had a hearing test from a very kind lady. Very happy this test was done. Dr. Ansari, was upmost kind and professional. My situation was explained to me that i have a deviated septum. I can have surgery if I choose and was explained the entire procedure plus answer my questions. Thank you for the excellent care you have provided .
