This review is modified because the problem was solved. Good products but very slow customer service Customer support for their products is terrible. 3 months of them sending us to a supplier design fusion that didn't have the part we needed that could easily be purchased off Amazon and loaded with software. We had to do all of our own troubleshooting and repair as they sent us back and forth to eachother trying to avoid having to do their actual jobs.

Product Reliability: The printer I received constantly experiences technical issues.
