I’m a week or two late with this review I have been in glowing over my new windows. From the first phone call in scheduling the appointment. I encountered Travis, and when I tell you, his professionalism and customer service was above and beyond. Ryan was my sales person whom we hit it off instantly I explained to him that I had other vendors come. I wasn’t looking to beat around the bush. We had a great experience with Jimmy and Anthony from Markey. They were timely, professional, had clear communication, and were able to help us with the problem we were having with our old sliding glass door quickly and smoothly. We will definitely reach out to them when the time comes to fully replace it. Highly recommend!
Had an issue removing sliding window for cleaning and Travis came right on schedule and corrected the issue promptly and professionally. Very satisfied with quality of product and service.
Travis came out same day to help me put my window back on its track. Everytime I have had any kind of issue, Markey has been responsive, kind and efficient. Couldn’t recommend them more.
Had my roof re done last week and these guys were great had the job done in no time. As far as the back end super easy to talk to and answered any questions I had.
