I cannot say enough wonderful things about Markey Windows! From the first interaction for appointment and consultation through the installation and cleanup this company was top notch. Great communication and reasonable timeline for manufacturing and installation. 43 windows removed and installed with perfect finishing. The crew was fantastic and efficient. Markey team replaced 12 windows in my house and they did very well. We started off by inviting salesperson Andrew who did a great job of explaining the product. He was not pushy at all. After that we requested quite a few quotes for different series and options which he provided without any delay. My husband chose Markey. I gave a cash deposit for replacement windows for our condo. Travis said they would work with our HOA. He sent me back the paperwork I sent him, then an expired COI. No one answers the phone. It takes days/weeks for anyone to call back. My husband is busy so he doesn't think about it. I'm very concerned about what installation will be like if our HOA approves.
Installation was very good. Reasonable price for replacement windows.
