The manager and the actual company are worthless. I was told to be quiet in my own home because my neighbor could hear my wife and I laughing and having a good time. Even said they could hear us having sex. Told them that too damn bad you live in a townhouse you're gonna hear people. Neighbor called police because he didn't like where I put my trash can, which was on my side. So far spoke with the office and seemed great! She was very informative and offer a wait lists and two bedroom. I’m looking to apply and become a resident. She gave me An idea of opening coming soon and offer to apply. I have many months to wait but want to get out of my current place. Seems promising.
I called in need of some information about becoming a potential resident and Joy wasn't a pleasure to speak with. Lack professionalism, and simp,y not an easy person to talk to. If this is how they treat potential residents I don't want to be apart of this community.
Moved into Markey Meadows end of 2015 from California and need a place fast for the family. Chris at the Main Office got me setup and good to move in only 24 hours. Also appreciated the US Navy Veteran discount on my rent and the American flag flying in front of the main office.
Me and my family moved in Markey Meadows in 2011, the place was under different management which never honored any maintenance request unless we told them it was an emergency. We are now under new management and having the same issue; we have put in a couple of request for maintenance and nothing on the list has been taken care of only a few emergencies requests.
