This is our family GP and we’ve been coming here for quite some time now. My dad, mum, brother, my daughter, partner and I have all been looked after by Dr Fidel, Wendy and their amazing team. Everyone is so friendly, accommodating and welcoming. They always make you feel comfortable and genuinely take the time to listen and look after you. Doctor is nice but the entire team running the practice is woeful. Look at the other reviews that talk about the long wait times. Fidel does dentistry at the practice at the same time, last time I came in they supposedly had a parent who had brought in two extra kids for an appointment. Instead of saying no there was like an hour and a half delay. I made an appointment today and said I needed it to be on time as I had a meeting and they said call back closer to the time to check I called 3 times to check and update on whethe... read more

It has been a blessing for us to meet dr. Fidel, Wendy and the team. We have been here since 2022, the year when we got pregnant. dr. Fidel and Wendy always take care of me and my son well. There was a time where I got covid on my 36 weeks, and hospital didn’t answer my phone or email. But dr. Fidel & Wendy called me back to check if we are ok and need help. It is fine if you can find a time to book an appointment. Unfortunately around 2020 Dr Doan significantly cut his availability & practice hours (& different as advertised on their website). With all due respect, I very much understand how important family time is, however it would be appreciated if he arranged time with a colleague to cover the time he's away from the practice, rather than abandoning his patients.
