It has been a blessing for us to meet dr. Fidel, Wendy and the team. We have been here since 2022, the year when we got pregnant. dr. Fidel and Wendy always take care of me and my son well. There was a time where I got covid on my 36 weeks, and hospital didn’t answer my phone or email. But dr. Fidel & Wendy called me back to check if we are ok and need help. It is fine if you can find a time to book an appointment. Unfortunately around 2020 Dr Doan significantly cut his availability & practice hours (& different as advertised on their website). With all due respect, I very much understand how important family time is, however it would be appreciated if he arranged time with a colleague to cover the time he's away from the practice, rather than abandoning his patients. I visited Dr. Fidel recently. While I appreciate that he addressed my symptoms, I felt uncomfortable and pressured when asked to show my intimate area, even though I had already mentioned that the irritation had resolved. I initially declined, but still felt a sense of obligation to comply. In my experience, a previous doctor never requested an intimate examination—even when symptoms were active—so this felt unnecessary.
