Dr.Kassis and her staff are wonderful people. I've been going there for years. My only negative is the wait times. I had an appointment and still had to wait over an hour. I wish they called and told me to come and hour later. Taking a star away because of that.
I had a scheduled appointment today at 2:00 PM with Dr. Ali, but he arrived at the clinic 30 minutes late. Despite my appointment, I was only called after reminding the receptionist—who falsely claimed she had already called my name. I was sitting at the front, actively listening to all the names being called, and mine was never mentioned. Every single visit, wait times are about 2 n half hrs long. No respect of anyone’s time. When I spoke to the people senior doctor about it she told me “ I can find another doctor who is accepting new patients” Later they apologized and explained why the long wait times. And compensated me with their services. Thank you!
My wife and I are patients of this clinic for the past 9 years. There are moments when they are super busy, people gets sick but they are always there to help. I was there this morning at 9 with a terrible cough. By 9.38 I already spoke to Maria, the new (very professional assistant) and Dr Kassis, also my x rays done at the clinic on Bronte. You can’t have anything better. Thank you.
