I was told I was pre approved that was exciting BUT didn't get a call back from the senior officer I had to contact him 2 days later after leaving messages. Only to find out that he changed banks. So I was then past onto someone else who said they had to run my credit again. This was a nightmare dealing with lazy irresponsible pass down the buck employees that tell you that someone's ALWAYS at a meeting. BAD for business for sure.
Was able to get a 90 % loan on a Condo in Fort Myers. We closed in 60 days. had no problems and they made it easy.
