I was referred to Marketplace by a local realtor and the intake process went well. The pre-approval process took much longer than expected. However, where there may have been a mis-communication initially, Mike Bergum, the branch manager quickly and effectively provided insight and his personal attention to whatever issue caused the process to halt. Not sure how someone could give a bad review. This place is the absolute best!! Ask for Mike B or Andy R . I highly recommend working with these guys if you're looking for a mortgage. They keep you informed every step of the way. Buying a house can be stressful, but it helps having these pros in your corner and working for you.
