Would be sweet if we got some sort of heads up if maintenance is going to be stopping by, wasn't exactly thrilled to wake up from a nap to them opening my apartment.
We have lived here since opening. Common Bond owned it and was lovely until it was bought out by Lloyd management. Dog poop everywhere - literally feet from the dog pick up station. Laundry room only had two washers and two dryers each floor, and people spill and don’t clean up every day. My package was stolen and there isn’t a camera where it was taken. Husband and I had to call the cops and CPS on a family because there was a 10 year old locked out of his apartment for 5 hours and then mom yelled at kid so loudly about eat... read more
It's a new apartment building, everyone seems nice. Wish they had more garages, there are only 18 garages, and way more residents, I believe, 60 apartment's. Rent is also pretty fair, and you are allowed to have pets.
