Trying to make an appointment is a nightmare. It's Monday and told no appointments for the week and to phone in everyday at 8.30 or 2,pm which of course a busy time cause everyone trying to phone in for an appointment. Then to be told none available and repeat it again next day !! Waiting time to see the nurse is 3 weeks or more ... They need a better system.
