I love working out here! It’s perfect for my physical and emotional well being. Her times are convenient. If I can’t make it, a video is shared with me. Marketta demonstrates all exercises well and recommends modifications if needed. Everyone is friendly, and I can’t imagine going anywhere else.
Marketa is the best ever!!! The class is so convenient and so fun!!!
Work out in person, on zoom, or on your own with a provided routine on the days you have to get it in at midnight :). Marketa provides a great support system to reach health goals.
