My experience was disappointing. Although the appraiser was not rude, he asked very few questions to understand the investments I have made in my home. His demeanor appeared disinterested, which was reflected in the appraisal.
Highly recommend this AMC. The staff is very knowledgeful and always go above and beyond to provide the appraiser what they need to complete a reliable appraisal report.
