Worst experience I have ever encountered. Lindsey was rude, combative, and passive aggressive to me over the phone. I would never use her services again. Additionally she asked me to send PII information in an unsecured email. If they ask this go in person- do not send banking and ssn data through email.
Lindsey was very fast, friendly, and efficient. She explained every document before me signing them. In fact, she was so well prepared I was in and out in less than 20 minutes with my refi I have never had service quite that quick, friendly and efficient.
