Very disappointed with the prepared food customer service and the manager response. Being first in line doesn’t mean you get first service. My family have been loyal customers since this store opened. If they don’t appreciate our business then it’s time to move to HEB.
Very unprofessional and rude pharmacy tech and pharmacist. I called to get a prescription filled to pickup with my other med that was ready. The gentleman said it was busy but could be ready in 45 min or possibly less. I arrived to the drive up window a little early at 35 minutes. The pharmacy tech, Michelle, was incredibly rude and short with me. She told me my other script would not be ready for 30-45minutes. They can sell alcohol but not cigarettes...on line..i thought such blue law restrictions were gone...
