By far the worst customer service ever! Or anywhere, I has having a slight asthma attack and wheezing the front lady could see I was struggling and told me I had to wait for a thumb print I looked at the pharmacist and then 5 sec she gets on the phone and I was told I had to wait. I waited for a total of 5 min to get what is medically necessary to breathe, those that don’t have asthma will never understand how much it hurts and struggle to get air when there is all this air around you but you can’t get any in you lungs. I came in directly from the Care clinic with pneumonia. I needed to wait 20 minutes for my prescription. I walked around and bought some things came back and it would take at least 20 more minutes. By the time I got my prescriptions it was over an hour. It was not that busy. I won't ever go here again
Why at this time of year when so many people are sick are the lines so long!!! Poor planning !
