They never have any medication our doctors order and they never let us know when they get a prescription for us. Whenever they don’t have the medication we need they don’t go out of their way to secure our medication for us. Had to go through this at least 3 times till now. Very frustrating

Have been a customer at this location (in Allen TX on Bethany) for years. The employees there are all friendly, more than competent, and fully professional. April is the lead pharmacist, i believe. She possesses fine leadership qualities, and an outstanding ability to manage any circumstance with grace and aplomb, deserving of commendation.
