Food is great!! Slow at lunch, but I’m ok with that. Problem is that 3 of the last 3 times I’ve been in for lunch, employees (Deli) are unfriendly and act as though they are doing me a favor. I would rather have mediocre food with great or friendly service friendliness than great food and unfriendly staff.
Best small supermarket in Cville! Friendly staff, good sandwiches and great beer selection.
They are racist in there. I will never come there again. Sad if you don't want to serve African Americans or ebt you should have on window we don't serve it. I want a salad. I love how they make my family food. But to cashiers being nasty saying I can't get cold cuts on ebt... I been coming there for over a yr. Never had a problem. I'm tell everyone not to go there. Go to Wegmans.
I love that we have a small grocery store within walking distance of the house. The employees are always helpful. The variety is sufficient enough that I know I can find something in a pinch. Also, love that they take Apple Pay.
Love the market I shop there all the time, but I hate the deli. Don't get me wrong, the food in the deli is great, but the wait is always extraordinary. Every single time I go to get a sandwich I am reminded why I don't go there regularly for sandwiches. Today I paid $9 for a stone cold corned beef sandwich on mushy bread and had to wait for a really _really_ long time to get it.
