Had an easy transaction and lovely experience gifting through the Market Street Florist. I was looking online for a reputable florist within delivery distance to my mother-in-law. Market Street popped up so I decided to give them a try. Their online ordering form was intuitive and easy. The delivery was the next day as promised and the arrangement is just gorgeous! Will absolutely use them again for deliveries in the area.

Ordered a beautiful bouquet from their website for a special long-distance gift. The bouquet that was delivered was a mess--not the flowers pictured, not the arrangement pictured--just a bunch of random flowers jammed in a vase. SO disappointed with the Southlake florist!!

I had placed an order online with who I thought was Market Street, however after my recipient didnt receive the flowers I started calling the number provided. I called 3x and no one knew or was interested in helping. It was actually a 3rd Party and not actually Mkt Street. FINALLY I searched for an actual Market Street and spoke to Madison who said she would look into it and also reached out to her manager. These people were amazing. I had an unexpected death in my family the week of Valentine's Day. They took the time to cry with me, console me and do a beautiful job on an altar arrangement. They charged a very reasonable price and most importantly, made a beautiful arrangement on short notice. I can't say enough to thank them.

The ladies in this Colleyville Market Street Floral Department are absolutely treasure in both customer service and design! They certainly did me right and the flowers were SPECTACULAR, just like I requested! Thank you so much, and to you store manager, a raise for them would be nice but if you can’t do that, maybe serve them lunch or breakfast?!?!?! Thanks again, Lynell B.
