At around 8:30 PM, I approached a dark haired young employee in the meat department and politely said, “Excuse me, can I ask you something?” His response: “What now!” abrupt, dismissive, and frankly unacceptable. This isn’t the first time I’ve witnessed poor customer service at this location. There seems to be an ongoing pattern in how certain customers are spoken to and treated and it’s concerning.
