This is the best apartment complex in the River Market, and probably the best maintenance staff in the entire metro. We've never had a work order take more than 24 hours to get taken care of no matter how big or small the issue, and the office and leasing staff are attentive, personable, and genuinely care about creating a community!
Maintenance is always quick to respond. Staff are all great. Special shoutout to Ben and Autumn.
I noticed this community recently had a refreshed advertisement installed on a local billboard. Spend a little more on the exterior for a refresher and elevators
The service here is top notch. Friendly staff. Grounds are immaculate. Great location. Covered parking is a huge plus
