I recently moved out of MAA the Station after two 15 month leases. I have never had such a wonderful leasing team and maintenance team amongst many large similar complexes in different cities. River Market is the best neighborhood IMO and to have dedicated parking and be able to jump on the streetcar a few blocks away is something I will miss. Moved in here about a month ago, and it's been fantastic so far. The staff have helped make this place feel like home in such a short time. The maintenance team especially, Chris and Chase, have been extremely professional and fixed every request in a timely manner. Hunter at the leasing office was also very helpful during my tour and the move in process. The facilities and grounds are amazing, and the River Market is a great place to live. Very happy with moving here!

I had such a beautiful living experience here. The leasing office staff and maintenance go above and beyond for the residents. There’s a real sense of community here. I’ve attached a picture of my view from my second floor balcony. Thank you for everything

I have lived here for over a year, and overall it is a fine place to live and the staff are friendly. However, I have been disappointed with the value of the complex. It does not seem especially well maintained, and the recent renovations have been incredibly frustrating. For the past three months, residents have had to work around renovations that began with little warning and have significantly disrupted daily life.
