The friendliness of the owner, the current eyewear styles, and service above and beyond the ordinary retail business. If something....anything....isn't just right. Tom makes it right. I met the owner Tom and he was quite knowledgeable and friendly. I noticed a pair of sunglasses that I just purchased from Lens Crafter that he had on display. I asked him how much for the glasses.
