Excellent Service! Karin and Olivia were the absolute greatest. They completely understood my vision for the engagement ring and worked closely with me to make it come true. The end product was absolutely gorgeous and they gave me such a great deal. I wouldn't buy my jewelry from anywhere else. It was truly an excellent experience. 11/10.
The first and last place we went when engagement ring shopping. Karen and team are absolutely lovely, so helpful, and made it possible for us to find our dream rings at our dream price. Would never consider going anywhere else. Almost sad we found our rings and don’t have an excuse to go back!
For starters, I’m a true gem nerd. I love all gems and the closeness they have to the earth. With that said, I have been a customer with MSJ for 4 years. I love their collection and I frequent their website and Etsy daily. I will continue to be loyal to them. Maybe I’ll make a trip to visit a store and play with jewelry and buy something in real time. I love MSJ!!!
A while back, my partner went here to have an 18-carat gold bracelet (a family gift) tightened by removing a few beads. The store tightened the bracelet, but when she went to pick up the bracelet, they only gave her back the bracelet - not including the three gold beads that were removed. When she asked for them, the store said they no longer had the removed gold beads. We’ve worked with Karen at MSJ for over a year now, she’s always so much fun to talk jewelry with. My husband bought my engagement ring here. We then went back to get custom wedding bands - they knocked it out of the park. Loved buying jewelry from a local business, it felt very personal and we got just what we wanted.
