Very nice people! They turned my niece’s Christmas gift bracelet made out of fishing line into a proper gold bracelet. Then, after I broke the first one, they made a thicker - stronger - one. I appreciate the time and attention very much. Thank you.
We've wandered into the MSJ in Newburyport last year on a whim and had a delightful time browsing jewlry and chatting with the staff (I believe Kirsten!). It was such a positive and welcoming interaction that we ended up visiting several of the other sites while on the hunt for an engagement ring. We've had nothing but delightful experiences! Olivia and Karin in Cambride were particularly helpful in securing our dream ring. This company is something special.
Honestly hated every second of my experience here. Tried to sell some silver and gold jewelry and whoever was helping me just picks out the ones he’ll buy and won’t even explain why he won’t take some of them. Asked him to test some gold and diamond and he just seemed annoyed by the request. Finally got everything and the price, but I had to go back home ( I live in South Boston) because I didn’t bring my ID. That’s fine. I come back, and I show them my passport because that’s the only legitimate identification I can provide... read more
