I am coming up on one year of renting with Market South Properties and I have to say that this has been a pleasant experience thus far. The process from start to finish was quick and seamless. I work well with Megan. She answers any questions or concerns I have had. We had a horrible experience with Brande and Market South Properties. It has been nothing but broken promises. The tenant was allowed to miss payments and make partial payments. I could not make heads or tails of the payments. The payment should be the same each month , minus fees and repairs. One month it would be a half payment. The next month nothing . I am warning anyone considering working with Meagan Mitchell, her broker, or Market South Properties in McDonough, GA. My experience with her was a financial disaster, leaving me fighting to recover $4,000 in earnest money due to her negligence, deception, and unethical business practices. After realizing what had happened, I reached out to Market South Properties and her broker, expecting them to hold her accountable.
