Great Vacation Rental – My wife and I are just finishing up a 1 month stay in one of the studio apartments. We both loved it! However next time I think that we will go for the one bedroom, since my wife and I have different sleeping habits, the one bedroom will prevent me from waking her when I get up earlier than she. But you are one block from subways and buses. Hint: Get the unlimited Metro pass....it'll get you on all the buses and subways and get you where you want to go, whether it's to Brooklyn or just a quick hop bac... read more

We Heart Market Rentals – My wife and I recently rented a MAGNIFICENT 2 BR from Market Rentals... It had the most spectacular view we've ever seen and I'm a native New Yorker... If you're in the market for a temporary 2BR, I highly recommend one of their corner units. The decor was beautiful, and once again... the view is not to be believed... Renting in NYC – Greetings to all future renters, I just wanted to share my experience in reference to market rentals. I just got back from my 1 month holiday in NYC and I must say I had the best time. Market Rentals was a fantastic place to stay. It was in between Central Park and very busy Times Square. Amazing customer service and awesome Midtown location – I stayed at the 56th & Broadway building for three years. Yes, THREE YEARS. I needed a corporate apartment for a long term project and Market Rentals was the right choice. I lived in a big studio overlooking the river. The apartment and furniture were clean and up-to-date. Bi-weekly maid service was extremely helpful as well. The building is quiet and the staff is really friendly. It was hard to say goodbye after three years when the project ended. Best deal for an apartment – Came here for a month on business, had no place to stay. Saw these guys online so I called. Do the math, 30 nights in a hotel or 30 nights in a furnished apartment with your own amenities and free HBO. Not only will your expense report be happy, but so will your boss when you show them a bill for a monthly rent and not $400 a night. Great Location, beautiful apartment, maid service with a gorgeous pool and gym overlooking the city

Excellent Choice for corporate Housing – Stayed at a 1-bedroom apartment with Market Rentals for about two months. I had just moved to NYC and needed a short term solution until I furnished and moved to my own place. The apartment I rented was in very good condition. Everything is provided. Linens, kitchen appliances and utensils, Sheets. Apartment had lots of closet space and a nice balcony. Easy Easy Business Trip – For a recent business trip, my company needed me to visit the New York office for 3 months. My assistant found Market Rentals through google searching and ended up booking with them. I flew in from Chicago to NY and throughout my entire 3 month stay in a one bedroom apartment, I was extremely comfortable. My room was cleaned every other week, and staying close to the NYC office was great. A swim in the pool in the building was a nice was to start my day. I highly recommend Market Rentals.

Great Stay for Personal Visit! – My sister and I are educators in Texas and decided to spend our summer in NYC. At first it was a bit hard trying to decide how long we could stay in NYC and where, etc. I found Market Rentals and after talking with the wonderfully helpful staff, I decided to rent one of their 1 bedroom apartments for June and July to share with my sister.
