I rented from them and found them to be very unprofessional. They would show up unannounced to my office and enter without knocking. The owner Todd will raise your rent 30% per year unless you sign a longer (3year) lease. He will also pressure you to leave early should there start to be a demand for people wanting to rent space and if you don’t leave he makes things as hard as possible for you to run your business. I would never recommend any business to rent space from market real estate.
