I've been attending this practice since I moved to Rugby nearly 5 years ago. They have supported me through a ruptured appendix, work stress and, most recently, they have conducted a series of diagnostic tests to identify the cause of persistent lethargy and breathlessness. Their consistent first class service from reception, nursing staff and GPs has given me all the support and confidence I've needed and has minimised the time I've needed to take off work. Thank you! The new online system has remarkably improved the service at Market Quarter. I have had a difficult year health wise, and have 3 children who require occasional appointments for general childhood illnesses. Since the new system had been put in place I have received fantastic care, quickly. I am always seen or spoken to on the day and get the advice/care/medication I need the same day. Great service today. My son was seen within a short time after booking the appointment. The doctor was very understanding and provided helpful advise.
