I visited Dr. Lakma Dasanayake hoping for basic medical assistance and a certificate. Dr. Dasanayake refused to help me or even look at my chronic health issues unless she received my complete medical file from my previous doctor. She did not ask about my symptoms, examine me, or inquire about my health at all. Instead, she made obtaining my full historical records an absolute prerequisite to providing any care.
