Never answer the phone, stuck on hold for what feels like a millennium, Atlas3i will arrive before they answer the phone.
My daughter had to have a tooth extraction and it was the most traumatised event she has ever had! Did not explain what they were doing and no reassurance given when very upset. This should have been done surgically as wasn’t straightforward to avoid all the pain she went through! She will not be going there ever again !
Terrible service, dirty floors and walls, they see you for 2-3 minutes then expect you to pay it’s robbery!!
I have had nothing but trouble with this dentist. They kept changing their minds on whether they can take my teeth out even though they took an x-ray on the first day. Telling me they can take 2 out of 3 teeth out, after a few visits for my teeth out and phone calls they then decided they cant take any out and im on a waiting list for a year now, the pain im in is unreal I cannot even eat solid food due to the teeth resting on nerves and days im crying because it hurts so bad.
