I walked into market optical, searching for someone to help me with my daughter’s glasses. The screw had came out and everywhere else had told us that they could not fix this. Thankfully, we had the most amazing help from Michelle Harris. She was awesome. She fixed my daughter‘s glasses within 5 minutes! She had the best customer service over and she was very great to work with. I highly recommend market optical at the village in Meridian. Ask for Michelle she was a doll!

Best glasses-buying experience I have had in decades! Edgar and Michelle were both incredibly knowledgeable, helpful, and skilled in helping me choose new frames. They perfectly balanced professionalism with creating a fun experience. I’d give more stars if I could!
Didn't buy anything not realizing this was a high end store when I went in but I still received 5 star customer service from Edgar and company. Really nice venue. Even recommended a better store close by that caters to brokies like me.
I stopped in one day after work just to look around for new frames and I ended up staying in there for over an hour and a half trying on glasses and talking to Michelle about anything and everything. She’s an absolute sweet heart. I’ve continued to go into see her and she’s continued to help me with my glasses and the complications I’ve had even when I didn’t buy the glasses from there.
