Been there servals times. I only had a bad experience last time, an Indian lady did ECG for me , completely no bedside manner, acting condescendingly.
Clean place
We use to come to the lab here cause until now we feel comfortable and we received a good service
Don’t even go to this place. Very unprofessional. They lost my sample and they did not even call. I called them today as my doctor could not see the results on the system and they claimed that they cancelled the sample test as there was no patient identifier while the lady/nurse at the front desk verified the paperwork before she accepted the sample. I just noticed that there are similar feedback in Google reviews. I wish I read them before I went to this place. Stay away!
Dec 2024: they missed taking tubes/a test off on my child, now we have to go back. Avoid this place! More than 30 mins since i checked in for a lab appointment, and they are taking back walk ins…. Please prioritize appointments first. And can you somehow change the flow so the lab techs can just draw the blood, and someone else enter the tests into connect care, it creates delays once a person goes back and would speed things up
