This was my first visit to physiotherapy, and I wasn’t quite sure what to expect. However, my physiotherapist, Emily, made me feel very comfortable. She explained everything clearly, asked thoughtful questions, and performed a thorough and efficient assessment. Her treatments and prescribed exercise was well suited to my condition, and I plan to continue therapy here. The receptionist was also very kind and welcoming.
