On side of road, spoke to James told me to file claim with company, called back to get important info, He kept forwarding me to voicemail immediately after knowing I was on side of road. Would not recommend when in trouble. Good until you need something.
This Insurance company has been our choice for years both my kids through school, myself, and my mother. Very professional and so great to work with. Highly recommend.
