Really love this cute store, the owner Ali answered all of our questions patiently and helped us choose the perfect ring with good price. Even though he’s busy the whole day, he still tried his best to help every customers.
Ali is a lovely gentleman and an expert craftsman! I found his shop over a year ago & have been coming to him regularly since - to purchase jewellry, design and set stones( eg. our granddaughter’s 16th birthday) or undertake seemingly impossible repairs ( our daughter-in-law’s very delicate chain). I don’t know if the person who answered the phone was having a bad day, but by far the worst customer service I’ve ever had. I never leave negative reviews even if it was bad service, but this really frustrated me. I just had 2 questions to save a trip, if they didn’t provide what I needed. The guy was so rude telling me “it’s not an interview” “just don’t come”… like what??? Those are 2 questions that wouldn’t have taken more than 4 minutes of your time. Anyways, do better.
