Look at the OVERWHELMING number of 1 star reviews!!! Does Giant Eagle not care? I’ve had to use here for years and while the pharmacists themselves are absolutely stellar, the techs are VERY VERY rude and VERY entitled. The techs will lazily go out of their way to make your life harder and worse every time. I feel awful for the pharmacists there. The number of times techs have hung up on me or yelled at me is awful. I have disabilities and things are hard for me as it is. I really wish someone would do something about them.
The pharmacist was very helpful with getting me the best deal with the insurance, and the sweet man let me know about getting the app so I can manage my and my family member’s prescriptions!
They often don’t have my medication in stock and never notify me. The employees are rude as hell, not helpful at all and cause me to go days or weeks without my medication. I definitely need to find a non giant eagle pharmacy.
Incompetent. Wouldn’t go here for my medications if my life depended on it.
