Overall bad service for years. I have called on one prescription twice to get the days fixed and it still is not correct. One I got filled 3 months ago has a last fill date 2 weeks from today in the future (filled 3/9/26, online to says last filled 5/13/26. It is 5/5/26 today). 2 months ago they asked at the window if I wanted a prescription filled and I said no. I had it somewhere else. I went to pick-up one of my medications I take daily on 4/26/2026 and when I came to the drive-thru window, I was told that it would not be ready until the following day after 1pm. I told Kelce, the employee at the drive thru window, that was fine, but I do need to take this medication at the same time everyday and I would need just one pill in order to make it through the next day. Best pharmacists in the entire Giant Eagle network!
Forced to revert back to Wexford Giant Eagle pharmacy from CVS because UPMC Health dropped CVS. I left this pharmacy years ago because they were slow and incompetent. Takes forever to fill prescriptions, they are out of common meds frequently and never, ever call to let you know. Whoever runs this place should be unemployed
I have no choice but to go to GE for my prescriptions as UPMC dropped CVS. Rite Aid closed and Walgrens closed. Anyway the drive thru at the Wexfird Market District is insane. The have two lanes but refuse to use both for puck, stating the 2nd line us for drop off paper prescriptions. NO ONE HAND WRITES PRESCRIPTIONS ANYMORE, THEY ARE ALL E-SCRIPTED. GET WITH THE PROGRAM AND MAKE YOUR CISTOMERS HAPPY.
