Going on year three of living here. The area is amazing, everything is in walking distance. The apartments are nice and modern, and mostly quiet. I love that rent and maintenance requests are all online. Building is kept up and clean, and the staff is incredibly friendly and helpful.

I've lived here for 2 years and was one of the original tenets since they opened in March 2019. The staff is quick to respond and they keep the building well maintained. The walkability is what I loved about this apartment and the access to all the local amenities (i.e. baseball games, bars, grocery store, west side market, & gym). The 1 bedrooms are very nice, but there is limited closet space. However, the skyline views were amazing and were a definite bonus! Overall, loved living in the apartment! Have lived here for 2 years now! Maintance requests are quickly addressed. The staff are super helpful! Love that everything is done online making paying rent and maintenance requests effortless. Location, Location, Location!!
