The way that a customer was just treated is wrong. Just because she is an African American Female, your employee felt that her wanting to send her mother $20 was some type of fraudulent activity. To do so in front of her young child and then call the police as well, for $20 is si grotesque and immensely disturbing to say the least. This is the type of bs that we will no longer tolerate. Never knew a customer needed an answer to please the cashier to send money. If she was white she would have been able to send it
I am utterly disgusted with the fact that my sister was treated so poorly. In 2019 people are still prejudice and racist. I will never spend one dime in this store or any other place associated with this business.
I am not one to pull the racist card . I feel everyone is created equal and love is love however today my best friend who is a military vet was a victim of stereotype and racial discrimination at this store on today ! We have several videos and we plan to make this go viral ! This type of behavior shouldn’t be tolerated and neither should it be welcomed in our great community
No one should be treated how an african american woman was treated in your store today. We are not all criminals just like the people from your community claim not to be racist. This type of behavior is unnecessary behind a $20 western union money order that was being sent to her mother in law. It doesn't matter WHY the money was being sent. You provide western union services at your establishment and that service should have been given!!
So now you have to fill out an application on why you are purchasing things from the store, IT AINT the stores business.
One of my good friends went to this store today just to send money to her mother in law, she was only trying to send $20 not 200, not 2000 or anything that will make someone think it was fraudulent and the woman refused to sent the money saying it could be fraud. So she called the police on my friend who was with her baby girl at the time. Anything could have happened to my friend in front of her baby. The employee was rude and this was so unprofessional of her
One of my friends had a terrible experience at this store, behind her own reasons for sending a $20 money order. So bad that the cops were called! She also had her little baby with her smh. Just sad! I’ll never go there again ever!!
