DON'T Buy meat at Market Basket. I bought 6.5lb ground chuck and cooked it all together. There was an astronomical amount of oil- filled half of a 2 liter bottle so I weighed the meat and found it to be only 52% lean instead of the 80% lean required to be called ground chuck. The mgr told me I could bring it back and swap for new. I said what is the point if it is going to be the same? She said she would make sure they ground it right for me.
