Best Days in the Past – I have to say I wasn't impressed. We went on a Saturday at Noon and were the only people in the restaurant. The decor is the same as it was when they opened the joint in the 80's. The food was OK. My brisket sandwich was decent. My wife ordered the pulled pork and it was fatty. Better option in the Twin Cities is Famous Dave's. Best option in Minnesota is John Hardy's in Rochester.
mmmmmm....good bar-b-que! – I crave this place! The menu is huge and the waitstaff are always extremely friendly and helpful. I wasn't a big BBQ fan until I started eating here. Absolutely delicious. I usually order the pulled pork sandwich with fries and coleslaw - all generous portions. My husand likes the ribs also served with toast, fries and coleslaw. YOU LIKE SMOKEY RIBS??? BEST RIBS IN TOWN ARE MAPLE SMOKED RIGHT HERE!!! – This place is worth a trip from the other side of town. Made with peanut oil and fresh potatoes. This is the ... read more

Although they've added this Minnetonka location, the aura remains in the framed front pages and autographed photos that line both of their restaurants' walls. Market's pork and beef ribs are decidedly on the chewy side--a sentimental favorite to many. There are several combo plates, ... read more
CLOSED – Nothing special, but I guess unless you go several hundred miles south, there is " Nothing to see here folks. Move along" Not the best ribs in town, but at least edible. The fries and toast need some work. Where are the baked beans?
YUM! – I know everyone goes Downtown, but I prefer this one. It's quieter, you can nearly always get a seat, and it's delicious.
