Really foul company. They deleted a bunch of reviews to up their ratings. Conifer should definitely have their LIHTC funding taken away for constantly having unsafe living conditions. I wish I could post photos of how deplorable it is. The minute they hear the city is coming they just wipe everything down with Fabuloso. Virtually no one works there also. Also you'll never have access to the artists studio
Disgusted. No communication. Constant lease breaches. Rat city especially having their garbage in the buildin. Then gets pulled so the rats can run right back into the building. Turn over of community managers is every 3 months. So virtually nothing gets done.
