Hours online and in the window say 12 as the closing time this is the second time I have driven to a market 32 only to find all the doors locked. Update hours or train employees not to lock the store early. Absolutely ridiculous and a waste of time.
Update: As an update, they spray Liquid Gold Furniture Polish on the edges of the shelves holding fresh vegetables and fruits. The employee (who was doing what he'd been told by using it) was trying to be careful to not get the spray all over, but how can you control a spray? I couldn't leave a comment card because they don't have them any longer, but I did speak to two people about it. I looked it up online and it is definitely not meant to be in contact with food. I had a frustrating and disappointing experience at Price Chopper that has completely changed my view of their customer service. I attempted to check out using the self-checkout, but the machine froze during the transaction. I pressed the service button multiple times and waited 10 mins for someone to help. So, while doing my review route, I decided to stop here and grab a few items. Let's just say! You might want to make sure your hair is blonde and you have blue eyes first. Otherwise, you will be constantly monitored via camera and scrutinized at self checkout. Because you "look like" you may be a person who commits theft!
