Idk who the mac-n-cheese lady/worker was yesterday 7/29 but she was so sweet, charming and effectively did her job. Also our son loved her. This is an older era quality of PC/M32 that hasn't been utilized in many many years- human interactions, conversations and samples of food, all used to be the charm and excitement of grocery stores. I think you, market 32, should bring this back permanently!!
The shopping experience is just crappy. Everything is so much more expensive than other grocery stores and then they don't even bag your groceries for you. Did they stop hiring baggers? I'm confused I'm a customer, not an employee, I'm not scanning my own groceries and I'm also no bagging them, especially when I'm paying a premium price. I used to love price choppers but it seems that they have gone down hill with the new “market 32” label. I'll be shopping for groceries else where from now on.
Good market. Some things were hard to find, but they had everything I needed.
This place's restroom is very unsanitary, the men's restroom is never well cleaned, and one of their toilet paper dispensary has been broken for a very long time people leave toilet paper rolls on the floor with piss and soiled floor, it's absolutely disgusting, I don't see why management hasn't fixed this, I'm pretty sure they do restroom audits, and see these discrepancies .
Just saw a kid ask for help finding *pasta cheese" and the old bald employee had to make a huge deal about how he said "pasta cheese" and not "Parmesan cheese" embarrassing the poor kid before helping him. This is a good example of how I always regret interacting with any employees here, every question or interaction ways comes with an insensitive or invasive comment. I recommend keeping to yourself and using self checkout.
