Your front end workers need better training. There is no reason one check out lane has a line and another has absolutely nobody and no one is telling the line to go to the open lane. There’s no reason why a cashier cannot bag and ring people out at the same time. There’s no reason why the supervisor on duty can’t be helping people bag or directing people to open lanes. Get it together. I will never be back to this location.
