I’ve been coming to this Market 32 for a while now, whether it’s to grab a few things or do my full grocery shopping. The store overall is great, and the front-end staff—especially the store manager—are always helpful and respectful whenever I’ve had an issue at the register. However, the food court is a different story. The fish department rarely has an employee at the counter. They are usually out of sight working near the fryer. Customers must go behind the counter to see if there is anyone there to order fish. The last time I did this I was sternly scolded several times by the price chopper employee and waved out of the area because "you can't be back here". It was humiliating. I am thinking of changing grocery stores.
I have an intellectual disability, a chromosome abnormality, ADHD, a mood disorder, and Pervasive Developmental Disorder (PDD). I also experience reading difficulties. Due to vitamin deficiencies, I would appreciate it if the team could inspect the foods and drinks and remove any harmful items. I feel extremely unwell, and I want to clarify that I have not done anything wrong.
This place needs to hire ppl who actually care about the food they are sending out and who actually work . Every single time i come here to get chicken they are either burnt or miraculously not ready . Have to drive across town to rotterdam just to get an edible chicken . Stop hiring lazy people and start managing better. Its pathetic.
