I have been seeing Dr. Jones for quite some time. The last 2 visits were quite unsatisfactory to me. She seemed frazzled and under a lot of stress and did not listen well. I have a history of kidney stones and I mentioned to her some tenderness in my kidney area. I asked her to follow up with an x ray, just to make sure. She ordered some other joint x rays, but NOT a kidney x ray. Besides that, she disappeared after 10 minutes before sending me to the lab and never came back. Dr. Jones is one of the best primary care doctors. I’ve been seeing her for several years now and I’ve always been thoroughly impressed with the level of care I received. Dr. Jones is very kind and knowledgeable. She makes sure to answer all my questions and address all my concerns. I would absolutely recommend Dr. Jones for anyone’s primary care needs.
Dr. Jones-Woods always gives excellent service and her assistant Anna is wonderful! They both have an awesome bedside manner and I appreciate them very much! Anna was very knowledgeable and made me so comfortable that my “ white coat syndrome” didn’t even kick in and that’s saying alot for me.
